Taiwan Trip 2008 Day 1
At Changi Airport
At the CKS Airport in Taiwan, looks a bit older
Missed the direct freego bus, had to change to take a cab at Jilin Primary. Reached the hotel around 8pm
Cabbed down to Shilin, tried the street snacks. This zhong you bing had a long queue, initially tasted really nice but later on I got super queasy as it was way too oily...
Haha I liked this though, very nice and not oily!
At the Food section where we found the actual XXL chicken chop stall
This was a type of sotong (hua zhi) stew and carrot, the stew didn't really taste v good because the bamboo shoots inside it were too pungent. But a lot of locals were eating it.
Prawn Omelette, the eggs are super gooey and runny, quite nice
For supper, the super duper instant noodles with pieces of real beef inside.
